Our mission
ma-borne-electrique.com is an independent website launched in 2026, with a clear mission: help electric vehicle drivers find a reliable charging station and better understand their car day to day.
With charging networks, connector types, and power outputs multiplying, and clear, reliable, centralized information still hard to find, we saw that drivers struggled to make sense of it all. ma-borne-electrique.com was born from that observation.
What we cover
Our editorial line is built around two main topics:
- Finding a station and charging: a real-time interactive map of charging stations across France and Europe, with power output, connector type, and availability, with no account to create and no app to install.
- Electric cars: real-world range, purchase and running costs, government incentives, home and public charging, and how to choose a model. We break down each topic to help you make the best choice.

The station data shown comes from Open Charge Map, an open, collaborative database, and map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors. Our editorial content is checked before publishing.
We commit to keeping our content up to date as the market, usage, and technology evolve, and to correcting any error reported to us quickly, including on a station.
Who we are
ma-borne-electrique.com is an independent project run by Hugo Beignon, an application developer with a passion for electric mobility. It is a personal, non-commercial project: there is no editorial team behind the site, just one author documenting his research on the topic as carefully as possible.
